Hydrogen Peroxide

Our current main products include precious metal catalysts, 2-ethylanthraquinone and o-methylcyclohexyl acetate. Among them, the catalyst is a new type of catalyst mainly used in the hydrogenation part of hydrogen peroxide production; 2-ethylanthraquinone is used as a reaction carrier in the anthraquinone method for hydrogen peroxide production; o-methylcyclohexyl acetate is mainly used as a solvent in the solvent system for hydrogen peroxide production to dissolve quinone organic matter, and can also be used as a solvent for other reactions, such as grease, rosin, glycerol trirosinate, basic dyes, nitrocellulose, raw rubber, etc., as well as a solvent for paints and an additive for fragrances.

The processes of the two products, precious metal catalysts and o-methylcyclohexyl acetate, all use advanced technologies independently optimized and developed by the company, and have their own patents. At the same time, local optimization has been carried out on the basis of the existing technical routes, which shortens the process flow, reduces energy consumption, and the process has reached the advanced level of similar international products.

For many years, we have been dedicated to the R&D and promotion of high-tech products, and has a number of patented technologies, especially in the field of hydrogenation catalysis, its technology is at the leading level in China. The company takes catalysts and special carriers for catalysts as its leading products, has formed a certain production scale, and has become one of the domestic enterprises with the most types of carriers and the largest output.

Currently, we and our partners have successively developed a series of precious metal catalysts for hydrogen peroxide, which have been tested in industrial plants at home and abroad and achieved good results, pushing the level of anthraquinone method hydrogen peroxide production catalysis technology in China to a new height, and playing a good role in promoting the technological transformation and upgrading, capacity expansion, energy conservation and consumption reduction of the hydrogen peroxide industry.
